    How does it work?

    Big Green Coach can provide you with a full weekend camping festival ticket FOR FREE in exchange for a few hours of your time helping out with our coaches and customers. Simple!

    We take a £100 deposit for each ticket to help ensure continuity of our staffing at festivals and to guarantee volunteers. We refund this deposit 100% after the end of your shift (assuming you have completed all agreed hours).

    FAQ

    Will I miss any of the music?
    The Big Green Coach services usually arrive before the music begins and depart after the music ends. There may be occasions where our service will be operating whilst the music is on but only a few occasions - you will be told about this prior to the date.

    How many hours do I have to work?
    If you have got to this page, you should have already been offered your shifts.

    Why do you take a deposit for the tickets?
    To guarantee our volunteers turn up for work! Once your shifts are over we 100% refund you.

    Do you provide travel expenses and food whilst working?
    We will provide refreshments whilst working and for some festivals, we even negotiate food vouchers. Travel expenses are not included.

    I have never worked with coaches before. Is this a problem?
    Nope, you will receive an on site briefing with some training by a Big Green Coach manager on the day. Common sense, good people skills and the ability to follow instructions are the main traits we are looking for.

    What do you do now?

    Simply pay your deposit by credit or debit card to secure your slot.

    Please note:
    1. Only pay the deposit if Big Green Coach has offered you a current place at a festival.
    2. If you are working at more than one festival for us, you only have to pay one deposit.
    3. Your deposit is required at least 4 weeks prior to the festival
    4. Your deposit will be paid back 100% if you work all the agreed hours.
