Fancy working for Big Green Coach in exchange for a free festival ticket?

Big Green Coach Volunteer Form

Every year, Big Green Coach organisers for hundreds of volunteers to get free festival tickets in the UK and Europe in exchange for a few hours work.  Fancy it?

Easy Process:

1. Fill out this form.
2. Become friends with Big Green Staff on Facebook: facebook.com/biggreenstaff (this is to help us organise festival working groups).
3. Wait for your application to be accepted (please note that staffing requirements may only be finalised a month before the festival).
4. Once approved, pay the refundable £100 deposit (refunded once you have completed the agreed work).
5. Enjoy your free ticket to a festival.

Big Green Coach have volunteers who come back to work for us year after year.  As Big Green Coach tends to need volunteers before the music starts and the morning after the music finishes, it is rare that anyone misses any of the music.  This is relatively unique and is why volunteering for Big Green Coach is so desirable!

FAQ

Will I miss any of the music?
The Big Green Coach services usually arrive before the music begins and departs after the music ends. There may be occasions where our service will be operating whilst the music is on but only a few occasions.
How many hours do I have to work?
This depends on the festival we are operating to. We need you working at busy times which is usually about 10 hours over the entire weekend - not bad at all.
Do you take a deposit for the tickets?
Yes but this is 100% refunded once you have completed the required hours.
Do you provide travel expenses and food whilst working?
We will provide refreshments whilst working and for some festivals, we even negotiate food vouchers. Travel expenses are not included.
I have never worked with coaches before. Is this a problem?
Nope, you will be trained on site by a Big Green Coach manager. Common sense and the ability to follow instructions are the two main traits we are looking for.
