We know that securing entrance tickets can be stressful, so we want to give you all the information you need to help make booking your coach travel with us as easy as possible!
Ticketmaster FAQs
Can I book my coach travel with my entrance ticket via Ticketmaster?
Yes! Return coach travel with Big Green Coach will be available to purchase alongside your entry ticket for the following venues: Knebworth House, Manchester Etihad Stadium, Glasgow Celtic Park and Slane Castle.
Will coach travel be available to purchase across all ticket types?
Yes, you will be able to purchase coach travel on any ticket type, subject to availability.
What coach travel options will be available?
Depending on availability at the time of booking, you will be able to purchase a coach bundle or a coach discount voucher code add-on (upsells).

Ticketmaster Coach Bundle FAQs
What is a coach bundle?
When you purchase a coach bundle via Ticketmaster, your return coach travel is automatically packaged with your entrance ticket.
What locations are available with a coach bundle?
Selected locations are available across each venue.
For Manchester Etihad Stadium, bundle locations include: Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Sheffield only.
For Glasgow Celtic Park, bundle locations include: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh and Inverness only.
For Slane Castle, Northern Irish bundle locations include: Belfast only. Republic of Ireland bundle locations include: Cork, Dublin and Limerick only.
For Knebworth, bundle locations are sold by way of zones. More details below!

I’ve secured my coach travel bundle with Ticketmaster. What happens next?
Booked a bundle from Ticketmaster for Manchester Etihad, Glasgow Celtic Park, and/or Slane Castle? You don’t need to take any further action, as your seat with us is already confirmed. You will receive a booking confirmation from Big Green Coach around 8 weeks before the event with all your important travel details.
Booked a bundle from Ticketmaster for Knebworth House? Ticketmaster will be in touch on Friday 2nd October via email and text with a link to a survey. In order to confirm your booking with Big Green Coach, you will need to choose your location from a drop-down.
You will receive a booking confirmation from Big Green Coach within four weeks of selecting your location. Until then, there is no need to contact Big Green Coach.
I’ve accidentally booked the wrong bundle location/zone. What can I do?
Don’t worry! First, which venue are you heading to?
When you receive your Big Green Coach confirmation, we will be able to amend your pickup location details free of charge and subject to availability.
Please note, we will not be able to make any amendments until your booking has been uploaded to our system. Please contact Big Green Coach only once you have received your initial travel confirmation from us.
When you receive the survey from Ticketmaster, there will be an option to select “I booked the wrong zone” in the drop-down box.
Big Green Coach will then be in touch to reconfirm your preferred pickup location. Following this, you will receive a booking confirmation from Big Green Coach with the correct travel information.
Ticketmaster Upsell FAQs
What is an upsell?
An upsell is coach travel sold as an optional extra, which you can add on during the booking process. Essentially, it’s a coach discount voucher code add-on. We further explain how you use this below!
How is purchasing an upsell code different to a coach bundle?
Rather than choosing from limited and selected locations as you would with a bundle, purchasing an upsell gives you the option to choose from several different zones, depending on the venue.

I have purchased an upsell code add-on with Ticketmaster. What happens next?
Ticketmaster will email you with unique discount codes and a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your travel on our website.
To complete your travel purchase and to confirm your coach seat, you MUST book your coach journey through the link provided in your email.
Failure to book by the deadline stated in the email may result in you being unable to use the service.
I’ve received my unique code from Ticketmaster for Big Green Coach. What do I do now?
Please refer to the step-by-step guide provided in the Ticketmaster email with your codes. You can redeem your travel for Oasis here.
All you need to do is follow the normal booking process and add your discount code at checkout before completing your booking.
I have more than one unique code from Ticketmaster for Big Green Coach. How do I book travel for my group?
If you have multiple codes and are planning to travel in a group, then you will have to redeem your codes in separate bookings/transactions.
Subsequently, you will receive separate confirmations and e-tickets for each member of your group.
You can book these under different names and email addresses, if you wish.
I accidentally booked the wrong upsell zone. Can I use my code to book my travel from a different location?
Yes, you can use your unique code(s) to book from any location listed for your venue.
Please note, there may be a difference in fare. This depends on which upsell zone you originally booked for with Ticketmaster.

Coach-Only FAQs
I’ve already got my entrance ticket sorted. Can I book my coach travel separately?
Of course! If you’ve managed to secure an entry ticket separately, you can still book coach-only travel with Big Green Coach here for Celtic Park, Manchester Etihad Stadium, Knebworth House and Northern Irish departures to Slane.

The full network for all venues will be available during the on-sale. We always advise booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
Pre-Event Travel FAQs
When will I receive my coach e-ticket?
Whether you’ve booked directly with Big Green Coach or via Ticketmaster, all coach e-tickets will be emailed to the lead passenger at least two days before the event.
Keep an eye on your inbox, including spam and junk folders around this time.
Please note that unredeemed Ticketmaster discount voucher codes will not be accepted as valid tickets to board.
Will my party be able to sit together?
Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. For the best chance of sitting together, please arrive promptly at your pick-up location.
How far is the coach park from the venue?
The drop-off location, which is allocated to us by the event, is never more than a short walk away from the entrance/exit.
Can I book a one-way ticket?
Coach travel purchased with Big Green Coach and via Ticketmaster is only available to book as a return. However, your ticket will remain valid if you choose to travel on one half of the journey.
Can I travel from one location and return to another?
All bookings must have the same outbound and return location. This cannot be amended.
